“A Dragon’s Tale” Performances and Workshops (free)
“Foolishly John Lambton throws the strange googly-eyed fish back into the river. What has he done? The fish grew and grew and grew until… Well why not find out by coming along for this wonderful folk tale”.
Watch Paul Batten of Theatrix Arts perform this magical story through puppets, changing scenery, song, music and sound effects.
After the performance you can also join a workshop where you can make your very own dragon puppet!
The performances and workshops are suitable for families and children aged 4 +
Mini Monsters (free)
A selection of minibeasts, reptiles and invertebrates with Ed Mackay, explaining fascinating facts about the animals before giving everyone a chance to get up close and personal with each species.
Mud Kitchen (free)
Worm and grass pie or a mud and stick soufflé, whatever you can imagine, you can make it in our mud kitchen with oven, pots, pans and of course lots and lots of mud.
