Complimentary Carer / PA Tickets

We offer complimentary Carer / PA tickets subject to some conditions. Carer's tickets are issued on the day of arrival even if sold out but you must have already purchased the accompanying ticket.

 

The person benefitting will need to provide one of the following on the day:

• demonstrate receipt of higher rate DLA or PIP

• local authority issued carer's card or some form of acknowledgment (doctors letter, authority letter, carer's allowance letter, relevant benefit office letter) along side a form of photo ID for the named carer on the provided documentation. 

And be 18 years old.

• Free carer tickets are not allocated to parent/guardians of children under the age of 18, as all children under 18 attending must be accompanied by a responsible adult anyway.

• All Complimentary Carer / PA tickets are issued in addition to your ticket purchase and will be issued on the day

• Disabled camping area is on a first come first serve basis. We have never been too full but we cannot guarantee space.

• All Terms and Conditions apply to all attendees whether they are attending with a paying ticket or free carer's ticket.
