Zaks has been a part of people’s lives in Norwich and Norfolk since 1976. People share memories over 3 generations with a Zak’s burger.

Zaks became the meeting place for people after a night out in Norwich and has a fond place in people’s memories and many stories are told! Zaks is viewed by many as Norwich’s original street food!

Their burgers are still made by the same local company that have supplied Zaks for over 40 years! They are made to our own size, shape and recipe from 100% beef with nothing added at all.

Originating from Hawaii the word ‘Poke’ refers to the cubed pieces of marinated raw fish which is traditionally an essential ingredient in the recipe but we are adding our spin and playing with vegan and other hot alternatives! The Poke bowl traditionally starts with a base of rice followed by your choice of all the other delicious ingredients available.

If it's a lighter lunch or snack you are after then the Boston Travelling Tea Party has an array of teas and home made cakes to tempt you.

BAR

We serving an array of locally brewed ales and ciders with vegan beer, gluten free beer, wine, lager and soft drinks served in reusable, recyclable, plastic pint glasses. We do things properly, not a damp tea towel on a barrel in sight. We use a complex cooling system with circulating cold water around the barrels 24 hours per day to ensure they dont get warm and cloudy. Those waiting to be racked are kept in a temperature controlled fridge trailer.

Ale
Using Beeston Brewery as our flagship brewery and beer and cellar management to ensure all pints are served at the optimum temperature and with perfect clarity. Beeston's ales are well known in Norfolk and have been at the festival's side since it's very first year. With festival favourites such as Worth The Wait (the perfect session beer) and Afternoon Delight in ample supply and a few others, Beeston Brewery will keep your glass full.
We also have some guest ales from the local Steam Shed Brewery. This micro brewery may be small, but there is nothing small about the beer they produce. If after a darker ale, Steam Shed Brewery have you sorted.

Craft Ale
Another local brewery joined the cellar rack in 2021. Duration Brewery are making headway nationally with their range of craft ales and lagers. With favourites such as Cutting Grass and Turtles they will please those looking to try something different.

Cider
Another local supplier (we do like local), Winn Hill Cider is a proper Norfolk flat cider. Made with only apples the ABV is determined at the point of sale just before it is being delivered and every batch varies so just because you've had a couple of ciders......the next one could taste even better. But don't worry, they are all exquisit!

Lager
For those who sway more to the lagers. If the Duration Brewery lager doesn't tempt you we will have Birra Moretti OR San Miguel.

Wine
We will have a range of wines and spritzers for those wanting something different.

Soft Drinks
There will be ample soft drinks such as bottled water, (there are aslo plenty of clean drinking water taps on site) fizzy can favoirites, cordial and local fruit juices.
