Where are my tickets?
Tickets will be sent out a few weeks before the festival. This is so people can make changes to their tickets throughout the year leading up to the event such as adding shower passes, glamping tents or adding a day/member to their party. I need to change my order.
Your confirmation email from Kaboodle when you purchased your ticket has all the information needed to log in to your Kaboodle account where you can change your ticket or add any extras. If you can't find your Kaboodle email contact them directly folkinafield@kaboodle.com
I need to cancel my ticket.

I've lost my tickets.
Your confirmation email from Kaboodle when you purchased your ticket has all the information needed to log in to your Kaboodle account where you can ask for your tickets to be resent. If you find the old ones remember the QR code will be the same and can only be scanned once.
