Competition Terms and Conditions

 

By participating in our competition, you fully agree and accept the Competition Terms and Conditions.

The competition is open to all.

To enter the competition, entrants must us the Folk in a Field Facebook page 

​

The prize is only available to those aged over 18 years

​

The winner will be drawn at random.

​

No purchase necessary.

​

No cash alternative available.

​

Tokens can be redeemed at specific Food and Drink stalls on site. Details will be provided to the winner. 

​

Entries are only valid if the entry is completed correctly in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Only one entry per person.

All ticket holders and past attendees can take part except the event organisers and their family members

​

The winner’s names will be announced on the Folk in a Fields Facebook Page and Website 

​

Winners must be willing to collect their prize from the site on arrival and agree to take part in publicity.

 

This will include photography which may be used in future marketing material and released to the press.

​

The prize draw decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

​

Should a winner not acknowledge receipt of their win within 30 days of receiving notice from Folk in a Field that they have won a prize, we reserve the right to redraw the prize.

​

In the event the promoter believes that an entry contravenes these terms and conditions, it reserves all rights to delete the entry at its absolute and sole discretion.

The prizes cannot be substituted with a cash alternative.
