Folk in a Field Festival Info

We are looking forward to having you at Folk in a Field 2025. Please see below some key points from our FAQ and T&Cs.

You can arrive from midday on Thursday 3rd July to set up camp. The Bar and food vendors and Pallet Stage will be open Thursday evening from 5pm.

Please do not explore the rest of the festival arena as we will still be setting up.

Tents can now camp with friends/family in the caravan field BUT they must take the place of your awning and still have a 2m gap between you and the next caravan.

Due to fire regulations there is a strict no open fire or charcoal BBQ policy. Gas is fine.

Please have your tickets ready on arrival.

There is a chemical toilet emptying point by the carpark gate (see map on arrival). Please do not use the portaloos.

The rest of the festival will open at 7am on Friday 4th June for breakfast and traders will be open by 9am.

If something is not quite right, please talk to our friendly staff and we will do our upmost to put things right.
